Rachel Rose is a dynamic professional who excels in her multifaceted expertise across various industries, seamlessly blending leadership, strategic vision, and operational proficiency.

Prior to her role at XPRIZE, Rachel worked at Blvd Brands, a business accelerator. There she worked closely with the CEO to build vital organizational structures and oversaw a diverse portfolio ranging from apparel to technology to spirits.  Her footprint in the entertainment sector includes holding positions at RKO Pictures and Senator Entertainment where she played a key role in the studio’s rebranding and feature film and distribution fundraising efforts.  During her tenure at Senator Entertainment, she managed daily operations, financial packaging, and production oversight.  Rachel’s entrepreneurial spirit also shines through her ownership of J&R Malibu, where she designed, manufactured, and distributed handbags and home goods, earning national recognition for her work. Rachel began her career at Atlas Entertainment working under Dawn Steel and Charles Roven.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Leadership from Eastern University in Philadelphia. Outside of her professional pursuits, she gravitates towards the great outdoors, nurturing her garden, or embarking on adventures in her converted school bus.
