Ose Ugochukwu has advised startups, emerging and established enterprises on business and corporate law both internationally and in the United States with special emphasis on formation, entity selection, strategic alliance agreements and technology license agreements. He has also advised and helped clients and business owners in general business affairs, international policy assessments and operational risk mitigation as well as identifying operational aspects of new business, crisis management, growth alignment and entity governance. In his lengthy career, he has advised and assisted clients in international arbitration, foreign expropriations, export licensing, and various other issues affecting companies wishing to do business in the U.S. and around the world.
Ose is admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Court - Central District of California and is also a member of the American Bar Association.
