Naveen Jain is a member of the Board of Trustees and Vision Circle at the XPRIZE Foundation where he is focused on finding entrepreneurial solutions to address the global challenges in health, education, poverty, agriculture, and clean water.
Naveen Jain is on the board of Singularity University, an interdisciplinary university with the mission to educate and inspire leaders to address humanity’s grand challenges through innovative technologies.
Naveen is an advisor to the UK Longitude Prize and a member of the Explorer club.
Naveen Jain has been awarded many honors for my entrepreneurial successes and leadership skills including “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year”, “Albert Einstein Technology Medal” for pioneers in technology, “Most admired Serial Entrepreneur” by Silicon India and “Top 20 Entrepreneurs” and “Lifetime Achievement Award” for the leadership in the technology industry and support of other entrepreneurs by Red Herring.
Anu Jain
Currently she is head of Community Relations at Viome, a company focused on preventing disease using food as medicine.
Her dedication to community service is reflected in her many Board positions, which focus on advancing opportunities for girls and women and creating impactful solutions to global health problems.
She is a board member of XPRIZE, a platform that leverages the power of competition to catalyze innovation and accelerate a more hopeful future by incentivizing radical breakthroughs for the benefit of humanity. Here she founded the Women’s Safety XPRIZE where she launched and awarded $1 million to incentivize innovators to design a technology-based safety solution for women.
Anu is a Founding member and serves on the Advisory Board of Girl Up of the United Nations Foundation a movement to advance girls’ skills, rights, and leadership opportunities
Anu served on the University of California San Diego Health Board of Advisors and their Science, Technology and Global Initiatives committee from 2020-2023.
She is the Founder and CEO of the Naveen and Anu Jain Family Foundation where she focuses on advancing girls & women and increasing global access to education, health & wellness through technology and innovation.
She is also a member of Women Moving Millions, an organization with a big and bold mission to mobilize unprecedented resources for the advancement of girls and women.
Anu has served on numerous other boards in the past, including United Way of King County, University Prep Academy and is currently on the Emeritus Council of Bellevue LifeSpring.
Anu is an Ambassador for UPeace University Chartered by the United Nations.
Anu holds a BA in business administration and economics from SUNY, Stony Brook, NY, and an MBA from Rutgers University in New Jersey. As the child of a United Nations diplomat, she grew up in Israel and neighboring countries and has traveled extensively. She currently lives with her husband in Medina, WA. She has three adult children, all entrepreneurs making a positive impact. Anu is a curious learner and enjoys the outdoors, yoga and meditation.
