Before XPRIZE, she was consulting non-profits, companies and individuals on evolution and growth through her advisory 23rd Hour. Prior to that, she led Partnerships for Rise, a project between Schmidt Futures and The Rhodes Trust, where she cultivated and drove valuable collaborations across key stakeholders around the world such as the NBA, Teach for America, United World Colleges, We Are Family Foundation, and more.
Meredith spent a significant amount of her career at Dow, where she held roles across Global Citizenship, Executive Communications, Site Issues Management, and Sustainability Communications. She led and built Dow's commitment to Building the Workforce of Tomorrow, working across teams to drive STEM Education, Workforce Development , and ED&I partnerships and initiatives globally, developing collaborations with organizations such as FIRST, Project Lead the Way, the National Museum of African America History and Culture, and more.
Prior to joining Dow, Meredith was at the Clinton Global Initiative, managing sponsorships with major corporations, foundations, and philanthropists. Before that, she worked for the French Embassy teaching English in Rennes, France.
Meredith graduated with honors in Political Science from UCLA.
She has lived in Los Angeles, Michigan, Hong Kong, Washington, D.C., and currently in New York City. She loves travel, cooking and discovering new restaurants, writing, scuba diving, mediation, and her dog.
