Storyteller, writer, and photographer, Kiana Fleming (she/her) is a St. Louis native holding an MSc. in Global Media and Communications from the University of Southern California and the London School of Economics & Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Spelman College. She currently serves as the City of Olivette, Missouri’s Communications Manager, leading the Public Affairs Department. Kiana previously worked in community engagement at Nine PBS, DEI at Washington University in St. Louis, media advocacy in San Francisco, and early childhood education.
