Jason arrives at XPRIZE with over 20 years of experience leading development and fundraising teams for complex organizations with noble missions. He led membership growth for Vistage, the world’s leading CEO peer advisory organization, taking them from 8,000 to over 21,000 members. At Gen Next (now Alder), he led the fundraising team to double their civic-minded CEO membership to grow their venture philanthropy model to fight for education reform, global security, and economic opportunity. His most recent leadership roles were for international education non-profits, the Ayn Rand Institute, and the Prager University Foundation. While there, he launched and grew benefactor communities to acquire thousands of new donors and major gifts to fund the education of future generations.
In addition to leading teams and growing donor communities, Jason has consulted international clients and was the interim Corporate Strategy Officer for the American Red Cross-Los Angeles. Jason received two bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Studio Arts from Hamilton College and studied abroad at the University of Sydney.
In his free time, Jason loves surfing and snorkeling, having grown up on the Jersey Shore and Cape Cod. He also developed a passion for music and the arts while running a popular radio show during all four of his college years.
