Jacquelyn's leadership is particularly exciting because she is committed to investing her skills, expertise, and resources to help transition humanity to a future beyond fossil fuels. She is a Future Forum Strategic Partner for TED Countdown, a judge for the highly scientific Merck Future Insights Prize, an observer for The Climate Investment Funds run by WolrdBack, and an Observer for the annual UN Conference of the Parties (COP).
In her spare time, Jacquelyn volunteers as Chairperson of the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport Board - an influential and challenging position in her hometown of Aspen, Colorado. She also writes a monthly climate column for the Aspen Daily Times to educate her community about global warming. Before founding GWMP, she spent four years as the Executive Director of the Aspen Science Center and worked closely with the Aspen Center for Physics.
