Hossein holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University, and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology.
