Ralph Rayner is a professorial research fellow with the Grantham Research Institute on Climate and the Environment at the London School of Economics.  In addition, he serves as Industry Liaison at the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Integrated Ocean Observing System (IOOS) Program Office.  Ralph has over forty years of experience in the provision of specialist consultancy services to the offshore energy sector.
