Annika is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to drive social innovation. Prior to joining XPRIZE, Annika was the Assistant Director of Customer Success at Visit.org, a corporate social responsibility Saas platform that helps enterprise companies execute social impact experiences at scale. Her clients consisted mainly of Fortune 500 companies across sectors and Annika specialized in strategic consulting, globally-minded communications, and team management. While supporting the Customer Success team at Visit.org, the company was placed on Inc. 5000's list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S. for two years in a row. Before that, Annika worked in communications for Vantage Point, a Virtual Reality startup based in Los Angeles that provided anti-bias and harassment prevention training for corporations. In this role, Annika focused on press relations, website management, and content creation.
Annika holds a BA in International Development Studies from UCLA and a minor in Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson. Annika sits on the board of Net Impact NYC Professional Chapter as the Technology Chair. Throughout her educational and professional journey, Annika has found her purpose in bridging the resource gap between the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on helping scale the missions of nonprofit organizations and social enterprises.
